| When selecting a category for my company, why doesn't anything happen after I click "Industry Category"? |
If nothing happens after you click "Select a Category," the most likely cause is that your browser does not support JavaScript.
You can solve this problem by taking the following steps:
- If you are using Netscape, please upgrade to 5.0 or above.
- If you are using IE (Internet Explorer), please take the following steps to enable the JavaScript functions:
- Click "Tools" on the menu bar of the browser
- Select "Internet Options"
- Click "Security"
- In "Security," you can select "Default" to "Restore (JavaScript) Settings," or select "Customize" to set the JavaScript to "Enabled"
Once your browser supports JavaScript, you should be able to proceed with selecting a category.
